Orders are final
- Due to the nature of laboratory and research supplies, all orders are considered final once payment has been submitted.
- 9VITAS LABS does not accept returns or cancellations based on change of mind, ordering the incorrect product, or failure to use the product.
- Except where otherwise required by applicable law, all research-supply purchases are final and non-refundable.
Shipping, loss & damage
- Once laboratory and research supplies have been shipped, 9VITAS LABS is not responsible for loss, theft, delay, seizure, or damage occurring during transit when the shipment is outside the company's control.
- Researchers are responsible for selecting and purchasing appropriate shipping insurance when available.
- Claims for loss or damage during transit may require shipping insurance and must be handled according to the applicable carrier's claim requirements.
- Without applicable shipping insurance or carrier coverage, replacement or reimbursement for shipments lost or damaged during transit may not be available.
