How 9VITAS LABS prepares and ships research-material orders within the United States.
U.S. Shipping
Orders are currently shipped within the United States. Shipping availability and delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier operations.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are generally shipped Mondays and Thursdays, depending on when the order is submitted and order processing is completed. When possible, orders may ship sooner.
Holiday & Carrier Delays
Our regular shipping schedule may be affected by federal holidays, carrier closures, severe weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. When a scheduled shipping day falls on a holiday or carrier closure, orders will generally move to the next available shipping cycle.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after the order and payment have been received and confirmed. Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
Tracking
Once an order has shipped, applicable tracking information will be provided to the customer.
Product Availability
In-stock items generally follow the regular shipping schedule. Items that are unavailable or require additional processing may take longer. Any applicable availability or processing expectations will be communicated with the order.
